You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from within the app.

How to delete your account in website:

1. Sign in to website
2. Go to Profile https://ysg.com.sg/profile
3. Click Delete Account at the bottom
4. Confirm your request

How to delete your account in your mobile app:

1. Sign in to the app.
2. Go to Profile > Edit (pen icon)
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm your request.

What will be deleted:

• Your account profile
• Personal information
• App-related data associated with your account

Deletion requests are processed within 3 days.
